President / CEO Keith Robert Lanzara As president, Mr. Lanzara is responsible for the creation of a business base providing financial services to Offshore insurance captive corporations, Catastrophic Insurance, Aviation Insurance and Extended Warranties.
Under Mr. Lanzara’s direction, Wyncrest is a responsive network of relationships within the Insurance and Financial industry that has brought forth the development of financial products, supported by similar financial planning expertise, and marketing and sales groups to advance client interests.
Over twenty-five years of continuous leadership, management and executive experience, Mr. Lanzara’s corporate responsibilities include program support, business development, marketing, and acquisition prospecting management with extensive financial experience in insurance and offshore development and execution.
Mr. Lanzara has successfully built, managed and operated auto dealerships in the largest auto market in the world as he performed all of the functions of marketing, sales, and business development for 25 years before leaving to join Wyncrest Group’s organization as our Wyncrest CEO.
Mr. Lanzara was instrumental in growing companies from small family-owned operations into large, regionally recognized names, with over a dozen locations in the Chicago area. After Mr. Lanzara went on to work for several automobile franchises where he gained some valuable experience in the financial sector. Mr. Lanzara worked in various capacities for such companies as: |

Vice President Admin Lisa Ann Griffiths
As Wyncrest’s Administrational Executive and Corporate Secretary, Mrs. Griffith’s responsibilities are divided up into Wyncrest Corporate Pub co admin, Offshore Services Division administrational activities and Accounting Department administration. The Accounting division at Wyncrest handles all the accounting functions including analysis, banking relationships, payroll, and personnel.
Mrs. Griffiths has implemented new processes in procedures that have significantly increased productivity levels as Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Accounts payable/receivable, Payroll, Billing. Mrs. Griffiths coordinates acquisition procedures interfaces with insurance product representatives, and information processing specialists with years of experience bringing attorneys, legal clerks, accountants, and information technology specialists who work cohesively with our team to focus on helping Wyncrest Group achieve maximum potential.
Chairman Bill Mc Farland recently sold the last of his Auto Dealerships Celebrating 32 years in the automotive industry. He spent his first six years in sales and sales management, assisting dealers in building "sales volume" and "complete customer satisfaction" before these terms became industry buzzwords. Bill spent the next eight years in finance & insurance, specializing in building lending relationships between finance institutions and his customers. His success in building these relationships resulted in record sales volume while keeping his customers completely satisfied during and after their sales experience.
Bill was also president of Steel City Reinsurance Company from 1995 trough 2005. Steel City Life was an Offshore Insurance company licensed in Illinois to sell Life and Disability insurance products as well as automobile Warranty service Agreements.
Since August 1990 Bill has purchased and operated four dealership facilities with eight different automobile franchises in the Chicago Illinois’ metro and suburban markets. Bill has spent all of his energy building dealership teams with the same business philosophy as his own. The key to his success has been to develop his management teams with the ability to react quickly to the rapidly changing market place while always exceeding our customer's expectations. |
